You look at tonight’s slate. Your eyes pop at all the stars; LeBron, KD, Harden Antetokounmpo, Cousins, etc.. $60,000 to make a line, so which stars do you pick?

Well let’s start out with the studs for tonight’s slate. The brightest star tonight has to be James Harden. The MVP candidate will face off against a tired Celtics team playing their 2nd consecutive game. So far into the season, Boston has shown that their defensive skill set ranks fair to mediocre. Harden is well rested coming into this game and I expect nothing less than a 50 burger from the beard.

Yes Russell Westbrook’s price may make your jaw hit the floor, but $12,500 is what you’re going to have to pay for a stat packing star averaging over 30 points per game. He put up 69 FDP against an extremely tough, disciplined jazz defense and I think he will have no problem lighting up the Pelicans. Keep in mind Westbrook has dropped 62+ FDP in his last 3 of 4 games.

The dynamic duo of Durant and Curry are coming off a tough loss to the bottom tier Miami Heat and they will have a fire lit under them tonight. This is a sure to be fast pace high scoring game, look for Durant and Curry to feed each other all night, especially with Kemba dealing with an illness and a mediocre hornet defense.

We didn’t forget about the big boys down low. Cousins will be a a great pick tonight. The Cavs have been struggling lately, especially down low in the post. The Cleveland front court defense was completely exposed and embarrassed to Terrence Jones of the Pelicans. They will have a difficult time stopping  Demarcus “Boogie Man: Cousins in tonight’s game. Remember to keep an eye open for Al Horford tonight as well. Going against Clint Capella, Horford is only 7400 and will be a weapon for Boston tonight.

FADES:

Anthony Davis is expected to play. The problem is he is priced at 10,900, an extremely high price for someone who has been battling an injury for the past week and for the games he has played, his minutes have been limited. Terrence Jones has been doing more than fine in his place so I would fade Davis

Hassan Whiteside is facing an atrocious Brooklyn Nets team, however, ever since he has returned from his eye injury he has not been consistent hitting his value. I would fade Hassan until he picks up his game.
