Week 5 has arrived and boy are there some juicy match ups. This week we have one of the highest over/unders in history with the Steelers against the Falcons. The Falcons are dealing with a banged up secondary, and the Steelers defense is just flat out bad. There have only been 6 games in history with a total above 57 and this games total is currently at 58. I think it is hard to get away from this game even in tournaments so I will stack this games weapons while pairing them with a couple of my favorite GPP QB and WR stacks. Last weeks GPP QB and WR article featured Cam Newton and Mccaffrey. They both finished 4th at their position in fantasy points but if you didn’t play Drew Brees or Matt Ryan you were probably struggling to cash. This week I think it is much of the same. You should play Drew Brees and Matt Ryan in cash, but I will give you a couple stacks which I think you should take a shot on this week to separate yourself from the masses. Another week in and another week of crazy performances. Patrick Mahomes had 6 touchdowns in the best shootout of the year against Big Ben and the Steelers. The best QB and WR matchup from last week was Kirk Cousins and Stefon Diggs who combined for over 70 points. I think this weekend we will have a few over reactions to performances and it is a good opportunity to jump in some GPP action. Continue reading “GPP QB and WR pairing: Week 3”
We all want to be the guy who picked the less than one percent owned guy who goes off one week. Finding that hidden gem is the key to putting yourself above the competition and giving yourself the best shot at winning a GPP. There are a couple guys here who I think have that kind of potential. Continue reading “Hidden Gems: Week 2”
We’re finally through one week of football and it feels oh so good. Last week was all about the Saints if you wanted to win a GPP. Michael Thomas, Alvin Kamara, and Drew Brees all had +30 point performances in a crazy shootout with, who would have guessed, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This week, I’m looking to target the Saints game again in which should be another high scoring game. Continue reading “GPP QB and WR Pairing: Week 2”
Hey guys, GalaxyDFS here! There are plenty of routes to go in this huge Week 1 NFL slate. The art of stacking a receiver with a quarterback is important in NFL especially if you want that extra boost when they connect. When done right, you have a better leverage and edge compared to the playing field. In this article, these are the two stacks that I believe not a lot of people will be on but I see myself using a lot of in my GPPs Week 1.
I was tasked with answering the most difficult to answer question in fantasy this year. Who will be the Alvin Kamara of the 2018 NFL season?
There are a couple ways to go about determining this. Grab the most talented handcuffs and pray for an injury to the starter or pick a guy with opportunity to expand into a prominent role. Continue reading “Predicting the Next Alvin Kamara”
